I removed the wires from the glow plugs and tried them 1 at a time. For each cylinder the meter on the tractor went all the way up when I pushed the glow plug button. I also tried the ohm meter and each glow plug tested about 1.8 - 2.0 ohms. So I assume they are all working as they should.
