Webb3 aug. 2024 · Screen is black but the TV still has sound. From my research on the net I gather it’s a T-Con card inside the TV that goes faulty on Hisense Tv’s. I would never ever buy a Hisense product again. I really hate all these “self help” guides on the web that just say to turn the TV on and off to reset. What a joke. Hisense is garbage! Reply
