WebThey usually manifest as an erythematous papular rash that often excoriates because of intense pruritus. Occasionally, vesicles, urticarial plaques, diffuse erythema, or hemorrhage is seen. Affected areas of the skin are those usually covered by clothing (such as arms and trunk); the face and webs of fingers are usually spared.
