The Philly Pride Parade and Festival kicks off with a Pride party on Friday night, followed by the annual William Way Homecoming on Saturday and the Parade on Sunday, starting at 13th and Locust and ending at the Festival grounds at the Great Plaza of Penn's Landing. Festival gates open at noon. WebbIt sounds like they are trying to differentiate between Pride and Outfest, with Pride being a more political march, while OutFest is the big gay celebration. I think this is the best of both worlds. So far what I'm hearing out of this new org I like. They seem to be threading a needle but are doing a better job of it.
